PEACE DEAL RUMOR? Iran ATTACKS Kuwait, U.S. threatens with SANCTIONS

U.S. STRIKES IRANIAN MILITARY

On the day of Eid, it was reported that the U.S. forces attacked launched missiles at Iranian military strikes near Bandar Abbas, in Southern Iran.

Civilians residing there, reported they heard the sound of explosions.

It is confirmed that America, for the second time, attempted for precise attacks on the military sites.

IRAN RETALIATES WITH ATTACK ON KUWAIT

As a response Iran retaliated. The IRGC issued a formal statement claiming that as response to hostile attacks, Iran has fired missiles at the U.S. base in Kuwait

Later, the IRGC warned that the U.S. military saying "This response is a serious warning so that the enemy's aggression will not go unpunished. If it is repeated our response will be more decisive. The responsibility of the consequences lies with the aggressor"

In fact, they also released the footage, where Iranian solders can be seen crushing the American flag with their boots as they fire on the American base.

These action confirm that this period shall not be called 'ceasefire' despite its implementation. On one side there is a buzz that the deal is to be reached and a draft is prepared. While, continuous attempts are being made to launch precise attacks through hostile nations, to provoke retaliation and later, a war.

U.S. THREATENS OMAN WITH SANCTIONS

Recently, the  U.S. Treasury Department has issued a statement, supposing Oman supports Iran's Strait of Hormuz, then sanctions will be imposed on Oman.

The secretary, Scott Bessent, stated that the U.S. government will not tolerate any attempt to implement any kind of toll system in the Strait of Hormuz and that Oman, in particular should understand that the U.S. Treasury will take strict action against all individuals and entitles that directly or indirectly facilitate the toll system.

Furthermore that, the U.S. will shut down the Iranian airlines access to landing spots, refueling and ticket sales, that is they will stop the access.

The war now is turning strategic, not just with missile attack, but attacks on economic dependency.

60-DAY CEASEFIRE RUMORS

As reported by Axios, a draft has been prepared for 60 days. They confirmed that consensus has been reached on all points. The ceasefire will be extended for 60 days through a memorandum of understanding (MoU). During this 60 day period:-
  • Nuclear issues will be discussed first
  • Movement of ships from the Strait of Hormuz will continue without any interruption.
  • The U.S. navy will gradually lifts its blockade
  • Iran through the MoU shall suspend nuclear production
The U.S. is ready to negotiate for relief from sanctions imposed on Iran and to release and defer the frozen funds held in Iran.

The MoU will also include a mechanism through which Iran will begin receiving equitable and humanitarian assistance.

Many analyst consider this a mere rumor, since Axios has been reporting some untrue information regarding the U.S.-Israel-Iran war from some time.

KHAMENEI CALLS FOR NATIONAL UNITY

Upon the ongoing situation, the Supreme Leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, stated on behalf of Iran that the enemy is trying to create division in the country through war, economic pressure and propaganda. We have to remain united.

He has issued his statement through the government media.

As sanctions tighten and psychological pressure increases, Iran's leadership is under resistance.

THE EFFECTS

  • Interruption in supply trade
  • Scarcity of oil and energy resources in the world
  • Global economic crisis

WHAT IT MEANS?

POSSIBLE PEACE DEAL: If the news by Axios is true, then there are high possibilities for a peace deal to be reached.

NO BACKING: As Iran retaliates and warns, it is clear they shall never surrender under any circumstance.

THE CONCLUSION

Oman and Iran are trying to control the Strait of Hormuz together. So America is now threatening Iran & Oman and imposing sanctions, pushing Iran's currency to the very depths, weakening the economy.

The condemnation of Iran's attack on Kuwait, by Saudi, U.A.E., Bahrain and other GCC countries, can be termed as biasness. Meanwhile, when Iran is attacked by hostile nations, their actions are not criticized and condemned. Even when, Iran confirmed these acts are just their self defense and response to attack, which is their right.

Now, as America and Iran are agreeing to a 60-day ceasefire by signing an MoU, then atleast the situation will improve a bit, markets can improve. Also it has to be kept in mind, these are such mere discussions. Until the signatures are done, we can't believe it.

The situation is chaotic- there are conversation and attacks are also carried out. Bringing doubts on how will U.S. create trust.

Currently, it is a matter of faith, Iranian heads, mentioned previously that are providing time for hostile nations to create trust before moving towards any deal.

But, the way, Iran continuously fired missiles at the American base in Kuwait, it is clear that Iran will not back down from its position, AGGRESSION WILL BE ANSWERED WITH AGGRESSION.
