Iran FIRES on vessel after WARNING: Israel breaks ceasefire, a WAR?

The current situations appears that the war has resumed, because even after the ceasefire, it had not been implemented. 

The ceasefire will be considered when, during the period of 60- days, no country attacks any other country between which an agreement has been reached. 

The countries included in the agreement- America, Iran, Lebanon, Israel. Peace is at edge as Israel has carried out attack in South Lebanon. 

ISRAEL VIOLATES NEWLY SIGNED CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT

The ceasefire violation continues as Israeli air strikes in Nabatieh district, Southern Lebanon, kills three people. 

Now that Israel is halting the ceasefire, Iran is proceeding with retaliatory action. 

IRGC formally released an audio, announcing, that all ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz must pass only after obtaining permission from the IRGC, i.e, the Iranian Navy. 

They highlighted that few countries are arranging routes for ships to pass through the Hormuz without coordinating with Iran, terming it 'unacceptable an extremely dangerous'. 

They warned that the ships will have to pass through the sea routes decided by Iran. Movement of any vessel outside these designated routes is dangerous and is not permitted.

Iran reminded that the ownership of the Hormuz lies in their hand. 

IRAN'S RETALIATORY ACTION

The announcement was duly made on radio, and despite that, when a ship passed without Iranian permit, Iran hit the vessel by a projectile. The vessel was reported to be a Singapore flagged cargo ship. 

War analysts consider that Iran had deliberately attacked only a single ship, to send out a bigger message. 

According to the information received, none of the people on board the ship were injured in the attack.  

Despite America's claims for Hormuz to be International Waters, Iran is adamant about jointly controlling Hormuz with Oman, inclusive of collecting toll tax. 

The Washington Post affirms that Iran plans to earn $40 Billion a year from tolls, proving to be a big revenue source for Iran. 

TRUMP AND DIPLOMACY GAME

The U.S. President,  Donald Trump, lately stated that Iran will have to abide by the promises otherwise they would attack again. 

On the contrary, the U.S. Vice President,  J.D. Vance, arrived in Switzerland where he stated that "we are discussing with the political leadership, Abbas Araghchi & Ghalibaf. We are looking forward to open direct communication lines with the IRGC as well". 

The statement has raised question in the entire geopolitics that why the U.S. is establishing a communication line with one who were their biggest enemy. 

NETANYAHU'S NEW OCCUPATION 

The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, recently stated that "we dominate southern Lebanon from the summit of beaufort and will remain in the security zone in southern Lebanon as long as it is necessary."

Adding that, they are not seeking to withdraw from their decision. 

Israel has occupied approximately 10 to 11 km of Lebanese land, and which is their security zone at present. 

It has also come to notice that even after a ceasefire continuous attacks are made on Gaza. An IDF Soldier shot a 16-year-old boy and then ran over his body with a tank, mutilating it. 

The Washington Post says that to compile this report, the commission interviewed vitims, families, health care workers, and lawyers.

Israel's intention are clear- they will follow their will, even if it means exercising unlawfully. 

UN SHIPPING AGENCY HALTS RESCUE OPERATIONS

Post the Iranian attack on Singapore Cargo ship, the UN Shipping Ageny informed that they were carrying out their evacuation process, i.e., rescuing hundreds of stranded ships from Hormuz. 

They have now reported to temporarily pause their evacuation plan, for the reason that bullets, bombs, and ammunition are being operated, fearing the break out of a full-fledged war between America and Iran. 

WHAT IT MEANS?

JOINT HORMUZ CONTROL: Iran is now proceeding to control Hormuz with Oman jointly. 

TRIGGERED ESCALATION: As Israel violates the ceasefire and Iran retaliated, it may trigger a war.

CONCLUSION

Iran's actions are repeatedly showcasing that Iran is reminding their control over Hormuz. It was stated in the agreement that Iran would use the same number of ships from the Strait of Hormuz as it used to use before the war. So this was on condition of America, which Iran fulfilled.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Now, the condition for peace was on Lebanon. In response to the Israeli attacks on Lebanon, four days ago for that matter, Iran had completely closed the Strait of Hormuz and now by attacking a ship, they gave the message that Israel should fulfill their deal else the same shall be done by Iran. 

This attack by Iran proved that Iran is not getting intimidated. Iran is now not under the pressure from America and Israel.                  

As for the current situations, the Middle East ceasefire is rapidly unravelling. Despite a multipart agreement, Israel is executing operations in Southern Lebanon.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        IRGC has escalated tensions in the Strait of Hormuz by attacking a Singapore ship for transiting without Iran's approval.
