WHAT MADE IRAN WIN: U.S. to pay $300 BILLION

 As the peace deal agreement is reached, it confirms Iran's victory. Their victory is not just behind one reason but many, with endless patience and strategic diplomacy-

1). U.S. AGREES FOR COMPENSATION

In an interview with CBS News, J.D. Vance, The Vice President of U.S., stated that America and its allies will give $300 billion to Iran for war damages. 


The deal will be signed in Geneva, Switzerland. J.D. Vance will be present there to sign the deal and the MoU (for a period of 60 days). 

When both America and Iran shall accept their respective demands and promises, within the 60-day period, then a permanent deal will be finalized, with additional conditions, passed by the UN Security Council. 

This development indicated Iran's achievement in bringing the deal on its term, without any unlawful means. 

2). ISRAEL PAUSES ATTACK IN LEBANON

Since the Middle East Conflict initiated, Israel has ordered military action precisely on Southern Lebanon. 

This directed their intentions to find any opportunity to sabotage the entire peace deal and the MoU. 

To those developments,  Esmail Baghaei, the Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, directed that, the ending of war in Lebanon is an inseparable part of the MoU to end the war. 



Despite the obstacles caused, Iran made the deal possible and by all means and force implemented a ceasefire in Lebanon. This has proved to be Iran's biggest victory.     

3). IRAN RETAINS KEY HORMUZ MANAGEMENT ROLE

Even though, the U.S. President, Donald Trump, informed that the Hormuz will be completely opened. The biggest question that arises, is whether Iran will give up its control on Hormuz- the source that reached the deal. 

Esmail Baghaei, stated that "According to the MoU, Iran and Oman will be responsible for managing passage through the Strait of Hormuz. Iran is not seeking to impose tolls. However, in return for navigation services, environmental protection, insurances and other maritime services, Iran will collect the necessary fees." 

Iran is still not preferring to trust the adversaries at the moment. Highlighting, they would not give up complete control over Hormuz, until the final deal is signed. 

They are aware that leaving control over Hormuz now, shall degrade the war conditions, while keeping the control will lead them ahead.

4). SANCTION RELIEF 

Later, Esmail Baghael, officially stated that America will remove all the sanction from Iran. 

Under this MoU, the American side is obligated to lift all sanctions- secondary, primary, UN Security Council sanction, and relevant IAEA Board resolutions. 

Once the sanctions are lifted, Iran will become capable of selling oil, petrochemical products, and petroleum derivatives without any obstacles. 

This will definitely call for economic growth in Iran and an acceleration in prosperity. 

OTHER TERMS OF MoU

  1. The war in Iran, Lebanon and all other fronts will stop. 
  2. America will give guarantee security on behalf of Israel. That means if Israel attacks, America will be responsible for it. 
  3. The U.S. has agreed to permanently hand over the Strait of Hormuz to Iran under their full sovereign authority. 
  4. The restriction on Iranian ships and maritime trade will be lifted. 
  5. The process of lifting sanctions on Iran will begin 
  6. America will reduce the import of San Gadgets from Iran within 30-days

THE FINAL VERDICT

Iran has demonstrated how adamant can a nation be for their sovereignty. 

Iran by all their means and power, successfully made the deal reached. Iran secured several of its key demands, which is a diplomatic success, including the sanction relief and a continued role in Hormuz management.

Hostile's strategy to breakdown Iran- by killing the Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, backfired them. That instead united Iran, the opposition against the Islamic Revolution came to an end. Citizens took on street, the entire sentiment changed. 

Iran can now be welcomed as a new powerful nation. Above all, Iran shall now be remembered as precedent- they showed beyond doubt that fighting, is above winning and losing. Fighting is not solely about weapons, but about the spirit to fight, the correct means to fight.

Iran's PROPOSAL and Trump's PROJECT FREEDOM- a new standoff?

As the Middle East Conflict moves, enters a new strategic move- 14 point proposal.  14 POINT PROPOSAL Iran has presented a 14-point peace proposal to Donald Trump via Pakistan.
